As you can see, it doesn't take very much to get my attention on this site. I did send you a message in April of 2017 that I had not received this swap. You read my message but never replied. I couldn't tell you if you send me an email or not because it was so long ago, but I can see that you never messaged me back. That would have been the time to do it. I can also see that you never, even now, marked this swap as sent. However, I will gladly rerate for a 5, even now, if you resend the swap.
