Well, I have been thinking for some time a new quirky series of ATCs to get going so I thought I'd try this - this group has the most AMAZING description ripe with ATC ideas - so for the next couple of months or so I will randmonly pick some items from the group description to form a series!

The first random selection is RAT!

You will make ONE (1) ATC for ONE (1) partner featuring a RAT! It can be evil, friendly, rainbow, happy... just so long as it is clearly a RAT!
