Most Awesome Parody Ever: Talk Nerdy To Me If you are a nerd and proud...this will become your personal anthem. : )

You will have 2 (two) partners and you will send each partner 1 (one) Nerdy postcard

Examples (but there are TONS more):

  • Doctor Who ( ♥♥ )

  • Space Aliens

  • Time Travel

  • Robots

  • Harry Potter

  • Basically anything on the Sci Fi Channel

  • Lord of the Rings

Requirements:

  • Sent NAKED (as postcards are intended to be)

  • Sender's Choice as long as it relates to the "nerd" topic

  • Include your SB User Name and this Swap Name on the back of the PC.

  • Include a nice message to your partner...more than just "Hi, Here is your PC."

  • Send ON TIME (communicate if there is a problem...this is your responsiblity as the sender...I can help mediate if needed)

  • If you receive a pc that meets the requirements of this swap you must give a 5. (Giving a ♥ is totally up to you)

  • NO HANDMADE PCs for this swap

  • Well made Zazzle Okay...nothing blurry or shoddy looking.

I vet my swaps during the sign up time & again just before assigning partners. If you see someone you are "iffy" about please feel free to let me know.

I am going to allow newbies. But I will remove anyone (even seasoned swappers) that I feel are questionable.

If (even after exhausting all effort to make this a flake free swap), a flaker slimes their way in, I promise I will angel, providing you rate a 1 as required per SB rules.

Remember rating by SB rules isn't being mean or rude...it is helping out the rest of the community.

Thanks for introducing me to that fabulous parody! I love it! I don't have any nerdy PCs or I would join. But it says I don't meet requirements anyway, lol, because it is set at 9.97! =)

I LOVE that song! My theme song used to the The Thrift Shop song but it became Talk Nerdy to Me after I got 10 seconds into the song the first time!!

@MrsSkywalker basically anything they mention in the song is great...Magic the Gathering, Star Wars, Star Trek, Computers, Math, Engineering, Electronics, Space Ships, Solar Systems, RPGs, Sonic the Hedge Hog, The Hobbit, Comic-Con, Comic Books, Batman, Superman, Spider-man...there are still a lot more.

I think my favorite line is: Other than the references to DW (♥♥) is when he is singing to her elf girl saying "Your elf ears need no explaining". I listen to it over and over...my DH thinks I'm nuts. LOL
