This is a destash swap for the month of July - the 7th month.

airline ticket (not print out but an older kind)

Library ephemera
Sickness or feminine glycene bag (unused)
Postage stamps (vintage or used)
die cuts (vintage or cut using vintage papers)
labels
Seed package (in good shape)

This is meant to be a low cost, easy to send swap. Feel free to fold items nicely and use a plain envelope (though not necessary).
