Description:
Send your one partner a Halloween PC. It doesn't have to say "happy halloween" but should somehow be halloween-ish. Store bought or zazzle-like. Not homemade, not free/ad. Send naked (stamped and with a nice message). Send on time! Open to all group members - USA only, but I do look at profiles before assigning. If for some ghoulish reason your partner flakes on you, rate that ghoul a 1 after communication and let me know so I can angel.
