Is there one or two partners? It says one in the description but two in # of partners.
Also can we use deco (plastic, etc) tape on the envelope as well?

Thank you Guinstar, I corrected it. 2 partners. You can use whatever kind of washi you like on the envelope.

With washi, does this include deco tape from dollar stores? I've been in swaps where partners have sent me deco tapes, even if the description of the swap mentions only washi tape, and no deco tape.
