IU: Swap Withdrawal PC

Backstory I've had to cut way WAY back on swapping due to time and money constraints that suddenly popped up, but boy, do I miss it!! This is a simple, straight forward PC swap because I have swapping (and hosting) withdrawals!

Requirements -mail a postcard (sender's choice) to your partner. Note: checking your partner's profile will ensure you don't inadvertently send something from their dislikes list -PCs should be sent stamped and naked. -Eligibility: swappers must have at least a 4.98 rating with no recent 1s or 3s (received within the last 6 months) and no 1s or 3s, older than 6mos, with no clear resolution. -On the PC, write a brief synopsis about something you've given up in the past.
