CLASSIFIED INTEL – FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION

You’ve received your preliminary clearance. The velvet-gloved envelope bore no return address, only a single wax seal: a stylized eye within an inkwell. You cracked it open to find a curiously specific, suspiciously familiar form. Are you ready to take on your new role?

Whether you are a veteran operative or a new recruit (NEWBIES WELCOME), the Paper Secrets Society requests your official Agent Introduction Dossier. This is your chance to invent (or evolve) your in-world persona and share it with fellow agents in a playful, character-rich format.

Swap Description

Create a 1-page profile introducing your agent persona. This can be typed or handwritten, digital or physical, simple or elaborate. This is a 1.5 partner swap - you will send 1 copy to your partner, and you will email the basics to the Archivist (me). Using the following template:

Agent Codename: (Your alias or nom de espionage – be as serious or silly as you like)

Field of Specialization: (What strange and unusual corner of the world are you most attuned to? Think: forbidden pastries, enchanted archives, whisper networks, parallel dimensions...)

Short Agent Bio: (Tell us a little about your background, style, origin story, or mysterious incident that brought you to our ranks. One or two paragraphs. This should not be a copy paste of your swap-bot profile, some of that information can be included if you like, but this is geared toward your “agent persona”)

Tools of the Trade: (List 3–5 signature tools, items, or objects that assist you in your work. They can be real or imagined—anything from a fountain pen that reads minds to glitter grenades.)

Optional Categories: anything your heart desires…example: Agent Motto, Quirk or Visual Reference (these are not necessary and will not be counted against ratings)

✔️ Send 1 page either in an email or a letter including the 4 bolded categories above to your assigned partner AND email a basic version of your answers to the Archivist - How will you know if the the .5 part was complete for rating?

I will add the information to the comments section after receiving the emails as they come in. Remember to also note somewhere your actual swap-bot username so your partner can find you to rate!
