ETHP: Negative Space Journal Page

Hello dear crafty friends,

I just saw this theme at another group and thought it would be great to have a swap of this here too.

I just love every challenge from the "Artful Memories" book from Jane Chipp and Jack Ravi and one of the challenges from their book is to create some piece of art using nagative space. So basically all you have to do is chose an image and cutting out the main focal point. Once the image is cut out, you will only have the shape left behind to distinguish what was once there.

You can create a whole new story by making a collage, fill the void with something like a handwitten text or a patterned paper, or just moving pieces from one place to another. It's up to you how the final result would turn out. The size of the artwork should be sized around A5, so you can add it to a journal.

And as always, use as many Tim Holtz products as possible! You also are allowed to incorporate other materials as vintage papers of any kind (book pages, tickets, old letters).
