Welcome to another Scratch Off Lottery ticket swap!! This is a quickie swap! 1 day only to sign up! & 2 days to mail out to your partner. You'll be sending 1 (one) $1 scratch off ticket to 2 (two) partners. This is for Usa swappers, only.. as we can't cash in foreign tickets, unfortunely. :( Please have atleast one completed snail-mail swap. AND a filled out profile. I do check profiles, & am trying to weed out bad swappers. occassionally they slip by though. =/ I will angel a swap, if I need to, as I don't want anyone in my swaps sad. Please play fair, though!!
