i guess it could be cool to not have a theme.. what I mean is that once we get our partners we could just go and look at their profiles and make an atc out of their information.. like something they would like.. i don't know just an ideaa(:

Well, maybe I'm stupid, but what is an ATC? is it artist trading card? How do you make these? do you have to buy blank atc cards? I just would like to know.

I make all my ATC's. I googled it and found some directions to make them. Also yes, it is the Artist Trading Cards.

I just signed up. Do I send the ATCs to the hostess or to a partner?

Ooh, this is exciting. I just started making ATCs so have not had a chance to swap any yet. Can't wait for this to start!

Does it matter what kind of paper you use for ATCs? Obviously not copy weight paper, but is something like bristol paper ok?

Bristol is an excellent choice, I often use at least 140lb watercolor paper cut to size.
