Make a temporary tattoo ATC

Ok, fun swap....you should make an ATC (2.5x3.5) using a temporary tattoo (or more if they're small ones). You can add other elements on it to decorate it up and make it pretty but it has to have a temporary tattoo somewhere on it. We will send 1 ATC to 1 partner. So I'm making this international since it shouldn't cost that much to send.

Standard rules...no flakers, no one with a rating under 4.8, no recent 1's or 3's. Newbies are allowed as long as you have well filled out profiles (not just a sentence or two). I do check profiles and will ban anyone that looks suspicious.
