In this swap, you will use colored paper scraps (from a magazine, junk mail, scrapbooking paper, wrapping paper, etc) to form a paper mosaic ATC for your one partner. You can cut the paper into small squares, circles, etc, and then use them to "paint"/create an image on the ATC. There are many examples of paper mosaics on the web. Here are just a few.
