What is a canvas panel? Is it on a board? Can I ask my art store clerk for one? Does it need to be framed?

Sure, this swap can be open to international swappers....

A canvas board is also called a canvas panel. No, it does not need to be framed.

oh, I forgot to mention - you can find canvas panels at any art store, Dick Blick's or even Michael's....

Canvas panels are very inexpensive. You might have a hard time finding them at Michael's (depending on your Michael's), but DickBlick.com has them. You can order them online. Fredrix brand costs 75 cents per panel. Or the Dick Blick brand is 38 cents per panel.
